Bulloch Coroner Jake Futch confirmed that Dr. Perry died early Thursday morning, October 21, 2021, at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro. A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 6th 2023 at 2:00 PM at the same location. He served in the U.S. Army with assignments in Vietnam, Germany, Italy and stateside.
